FOR THOSE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN BUILDING THINGS RIGHT

BUILD YOUR CAREER AT RIMBA CONSTRUCTION

At Rimba Construction, we believe that what holds a building together matters more than what first catches the eye.

Behind every project is a disciplined process — from soil investigation and structural planning to execution on site. Every detail is approached with responsibility, precision, and respect for the people who will live in the structures we build.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and understand that quality is not achieved by shortcuts, but by doing things properly from the start.

If you value craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous learning in your field, you may find your place with us.

Working at Rimba
means being part
of a team that
believes:

Structural integrity comes first. Every project must be built to perform, not just to appear complete.

Precision matters. Small details determine long-term performance.

Responsibility is shared. Every team member contributes to the quality and safety of the final structure.

We build for the long term. Our goal is not just to finish projects, but to deliver structures that stand the test of time.

OPENING POSITION

PROJECT SCHEDULER

Full-time · Jakarta

At Rimba Construction, project delivery is governed by discipline, not improvisation. We are looking for a Project Scheduler who understands that a well-maintained schedule is a risk control tool — not a reporting formality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the project master schedule — including baseline, progress updates, and revisions.
  • Monitor time and progress against plan; identify deviations and analyse root causes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering schedule status, delays, and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Site Supervisors to ensure field execution aligns with the approved schedule.
  • Identify potential delay risks early and recommend mitigation measures before they become problems.
  • Ensure alignment between project schedule, resource availability, and field work plans.
  • Support overall project control from a time and performance perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum D3 in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Controller in a construction company.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Familiar with construction project workflows — structural, architectural, and MEP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Able to produce and interpret S-curves, time schedules, and project progress reports.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate clearly across project teams.
  • Capable of working independently and within a project team structure.

Preferred

Experience on high-rise building or high-end residential projects.

Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks and proactive in cross-functional coordination.
